AMS Presales Senior Consultant

Manage end-to-end Application Managed Services (AMS) ensuring application availability, performance, and SLA adherence across enterprise applications including SAP, Oracle, and non-SAP platforms.

Drive AMS transformation through automation, AI-assisted incident resolution, self-healing, and performance analytics to improve service efficiency and reduce incidents.

Lead application transition, support model definition, stakeholder management including coordinating with CIO/CTO organizations, technology partners, and offshore teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

8-15 years of relevant IT experience, preferably with significant application managed services exposure.

Experience working in large enterprise, Global System Integrator (GSI), or multi-vendor environments.

Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices; experience in SAP, Oracle, or non-SAP enterprise application support environments.

Proven experience managing complex, heterogeneous enterprise AMS landscapes involving SAP, Oracle, and other applications in global or large-scale environments.

Strong operational focus on AMS transformation using automation, AI, and AIOps to drive service improvement and incident reduction.

Effective stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate across business, technology, and vendor teams in multi-location setups.
