Lead end-to-end warehouse operations at Luhari, Haryana for all channels including B2B and D2C.
Manage daily operations, planning, process improvements, and vendor relationships including 3PLs and logistics partners to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
Design and implement KPIs, reporting systems, and technology adoption to drive continuous improvement and meet SCM budget and growth targets.
Minimum Requirements
6-8 years of relevant logistics and warehouse operations experience.
Mandatory experience in B2C (e-commerce) or retail supply chain environment.
Experience managing large warehouse sites (around 2-3 lakh sqft) and multiple sites is preferred.
Strong working knowledge of ERP (SAP R3, EWM, S4Hana) and WMS systems; compliance knowledge and 3PL/vendor relationship management experience required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven leader with broad span of control managing complex supply chains with 100,000+ SKUs.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L responsibilities across multiple warehouses.
Experienced in fast-paced, large scale warehousing operations with ability to drive process efficiency, cost optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
