Lead and manage the Facility and Construction (F&C) Operations team to ensure project compliance across the lifecycle including initiation, reviews, quality assurance, purchase-to-pay processes, and project closure.
Ensure adherence to Citi policies, procedures, governance, financial controls, and high-quality documentation for Real Estate Services projects within REALM and P2P systems.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Facilities, Finance, Procurement, and Vendor Management to drive operational excellence, risk management, and stakeholder support for compliant and efficient project execution.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years work experience in operations, compliance, project administration, procurement, or related functions.
Minimum 2 years people management experience leading operational teams.
Experience working in global and matrix organizations with understanding of governance, controls, risk management, and compliance.

Strong knowledge and operational experience with project lifecycle management, procurement (REALM, P2P systems), and financial controls in Real Estate, Facilities, or Construction domains.
Ability to balance risk management, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement while driving quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
