End-to-end ownership of data management, MIS framework design, and advanced analytics for MFI portfolio under DSMG.
Develop and maintain dashboards, automated reporting, and predictive models to improve recovery strategies and collection efficiency.
Translate analytical insights into actionable recovery and allocation strategies; monitor and evaluate strategic impact.
Minimum Requirements
5–8 years of experience in analytics, MIS, or strategy, preferably in NBFC, MFI, or BFSI collections/risk domain.
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or Engineering.
Proficient in SQL, Advanced Excel, and Power BI/Tableau with hands-on experience.
Prior experience with MFI or rural lending portfolios highly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in collections lifecycle and recovery levers like legal, agency, and campaigns within MFI or similar domain.
Experienced in building and maintaining data governance, automated MIS, and real-time dashboards to support decision-making.
Strategic thinker capable of linking advanced analytics with business impact assessment and agile feedback monitoring.
