T&T-Customer- CS&D -PM/BA | Bengaluru - Senior Consultant

Lead delivery of strategic cross-divisional initiatives using Agile methodologies ensuring projects are on time and budget.

Manage project governance forums with senior leadership, providing transparency on project progress, issues, risks, and budgets.

Identify, escalate, and remediate project risks and remove program-level impediments leveraging stakeholder relationships.

Experience in business analysis, project, or program management functions in financial services or digital transformation contexts.

Knowledge and/or experience in Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, Trading, advisory platforms, CRM tools, or digital wealth journeys.

Experience working in Agile environments with stakeholder coordination across business, development, and testing teams.

BTech/BE/MBA/MTech degree; working from Bengaluru office minimum 3 days a week (hybrid model).

Candidate with strong project management skills focused on Wealth and Personal banking digital transformation projects.

Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across business, operations, and technology teams in fast-paced environments.

Comfortable managing cross-functional teams and complex workflows with exposure to tools like JIRA and Agile delivery practices.
