Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices indicating capability to handle complex configurations and integrations.
Capable of managing multiple workstreams and modules simultaneously, signaling strong adaptability and operational focus.
Preferably holds additional certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist certifications, signaling advanced expertise.
