About This Role

Architect, design, and modernize Fund Applications technology systems with hands-on involvement 80% of the time.

Lead solution architecture and technical execution to improve software development outcomes in the Fund applications team.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, establish architecture standards, and oversee DevOps practices for a small team.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM field.

12+ years experience as a full-time software developer and 5+ years as a Tech Lead.

Hands-on expertise with .NET Core/C#, Azure Cloud services, microservices architecture, event-driven systems (Kafka or similar), API development, and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps.

Work Experience Required: 12+ years software development, 5+ years Tech Lead experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in uplifting monolithic architectures to microservices and event-driven architectures in financial or complex enterprise environments.

Operates as a hands-on technical leader with strong ownership of end-to-end architecture and delivery.

Skilled in mentoring and guiding small developer teams within Agile settings and modern cloud/DevOps environments.
