Lead Variant Configuration

Own end-to-end delivery of product line configuration services throughout lifecycle including requirements collection, specification finalization, coding, and validation.

Manage variant configuration coding and analysis within SAP ecosystem per company standards, including coordination of validation tests and support ticket processing.

Provide process and tooling improvement recommendations and lead their implementation across global sales and fulfillment partners.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business information systems, or similar qualification.

5-8 years experience in master data management or similar function.

Proven expertise in SAP SD and LO-VC (variant configuration); knowledge of SAP CRM, SAP BRIM, and Salesforce preferred.

Fluent English communication skills; additional language skills beneficial but not mandatory.

Experienced in coordinating cross-geography stakeholders (especially German headquarters and global teams) for complex configuration projects.

Strong background in requirements engineering interfacing with both technical and non-technical functions like sales and product management.

Detail-oriented and analytical with a systematic working style and understanding of supply chain, sales processes, and innovation transfer.
