Design, customize, and implement PLM projects using ARAS PLM with focus on functional design and module development.
Develop and integrate ARAS PLM solutions including APIs, manage upgrades, admin tasks, and support Level 3 technical incident resolution.
Work within Agile cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field.
3-5 years software development experience with 2-4 years specifically in Aras PLM implementation projects.
Experience in SQL Server DB, SQL scripting, Javascript, ASP.NET, C#, AML, and ARAS utilities like batch loader; knowledge of Agile methodologies including SAFe and tools like JIRA/VersionOne.
Willingness to work European shift hours (up to 11:30 PM IST) and short-term travel to Europe.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced ARAS PLM developer proficient in integration, customization, and admin tasks across ARAS modules and latest versions.
Comfortable working in Agile, multi-functional teams managing product lifecycle and Level 3 support incidents independently.
Able to deliver projects on-time with quality, demonstrating ability to challenge client needs and offer innovative, cost-effective solutions.
