About This Role

Lead technical design and development of strategic software solutions for Business Banking, focusing on branch applications used by millions.

Oversee software quality, deployment, and troubleshooting across geographically dispersed teams, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.

Contribute to building scalable architectures including BIAN and microservices, enforcing modern development practices and driving technical innovation.

Minimum Requirements

12+ years of hands-on software development experience.

Proficient in .NET Core, ReactJS, Typescript, Next.js, Node.js, Python, REST, GraphQL, and API Development.

Experience with cloud platforms especially AWS, databases like Oracle/PostgresSQL/AWS Aurora, source control (GitHub) and build tools (GitHub Actions).

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in creating high-level solution architectures, specifically with BIAN and microservices frameworks.

Skilled in software delivery within large organizations, capable of leading and empowering cross-functional teams.

Familiar with modern engineering practices including TDD, DevOps/DevSecOps, secure coding, and AI-powered engineering tools.
