Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or similar.

Hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, web technologies (Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS), and frameworks like Spring/Hibernate/Grails.

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), microservice architecture, container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift), and knowledge of SOA, EDA, SaaS, web security, and Agile/SAFe methodologies.

Experienced in designing high-performance, secure, cloud-native enterprise systems, preferably in service-oriented or microservices architectures.

Capable of leading cross-functional and distributed teams with strong technical mentorship and knowledge sharing.

Skilled at managing global stakeholders and driving technical standardization and innovation in complex software engineering environments.
