Develop and execute test plans and cases for subsystem, system, device, and end-to-end testing, including manual and exploratory testing.
Perform Hardware-Software Integration Testing (H-SIT) to ensure effective integration of components and drive product quality by identifying and resolving defects.
Manage testing activities including requirements traceability, defect management, status reporting, and support customer-facing test reviews.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or relevant industry experience.
At least 5 years of experience in product testing, software QA, or Verification & Validation (V&V).
Strong hands-on manual testing skills and practical experience in Hardware-Software Integration Testing (H-SIT).
Familiarity with SDLC, defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail), and working in Windows and Linux environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with engineering and project stakeholders to improve product quality and resolve issues.
Capable of managing end-to-end testing lifecycle including planning, execution, documentation, and reporting.
Has exposure or willingness to work with device testing, API/database testing, test automation, and Agile/Scrum processes.
