About This Role

Develop and maintain backend game engines for online slot games ensuring quality and reliability.

Collaborate with game designers, mathematicians, frontend developers, and QA for seamless game mechanics integration and debugging.

Write technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and contribute to tools/process improvement in the game development pipeline.

Minimum Requirements

1-3 years of software development experience.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.

Familiarity with Java 17+ or another OOP language and strong understanding of OOP principles.

Experience with data structures, algorithms, design patterns, SQL databases, version control (Git), debugging tools, and Agile methodologies (Jira).

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience working in a collaborative software development environment involving game design and mathematics teams.

Comfortable with backend development and integration with frontend technologies and tools.

Familiarity or interest in gaming, particularly online casino games, and exposure to build tools (Maven), scripting (Python), and CI/CD processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
