Lead and manage the HR function at the regional level as the primary HR Business Partner (HRBP) for stakeholders including regional leaders and field teams.
Ensure data integrity and legal compliance across employee lifecycle tasks including master data, leave management, grievance handling, and audit support.
Manage and report on key HR metrics such as attrition rates, attendance trends, and escalation resolutions while supporting engagement initiatives and regional communication forums.
Minimum Requirements
5-7 years of experience in a core HR Business Partner role.
Experience handling Performance Management, including reviewing and executing employee developmental plans.
Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and HRIS/digital tools management.
Work Experience Required: 5-7 years in core HRBP functions.

Capable of executing new HR strategies and managing employee-related operational and compliance tasks efficiently.
