Investor Relations & Finance

Lead and manage end-to-end fundraising activities including financial modeling, pitching, due diligence, and deal coordination.

Drive investor relations by producing board and investor reports, managing communications and translating business KPIs into investor-facing narratives.

Oversee secretarial and governance duties including coordinating board meetings, compliance calendar, statutory filings, and document management.

MBA (Finance) from a Tier 1/2 institute is mandatory.

At least 1 year of strong experience in Fundraising and Investor Relations.

1–2 years of experience in Investment Banking or equivalent corporate development/transaction advisory experience.

Strong financial modeling, Excel, and investor deck preparation skills.

Experienced in managing complex multi-stakeholder fundraising processes under pressure with strong organizational skills.

Skilled at translating operational metrics (ARPU, unit economics, cohort performance) into clear financial and investor communications.

Familiar with Indian corporate governance, secretarial processes, and comfortable working in health tech or SaaS environments.
