Engineer and enhance observability platforms including Splunk Cloud, Splunk Enterprise, Splunk ITSI; develop monitoring KPIs, dashboards, and service models for operational visibility.
Develop AI-enabled autonomous workflows for detection, triage, remediation of operational issues; integrate observability with ServiceNow and automation platforms to improve reliability and reduce manual toil.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
12+ years of technology experience in observability, infrastructure, or production support roles.
3-5 years hands-on engineering experience with Splunk ITSI; experience with Splunk Cloud and/or Splunk Enterprise.
2-4 years experience with observability, monitoring, or operational intelligence platforms; strong knowledge of SPL, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, logs, metrics, and distributed tracing.

Experienced Senior Engineer with deep expertise in Splunk ecosystem (ITSI, Cloud, Enterprise) and observability architectures.
Skilled in automation and AI-assisted operations with hands-on experience building autonomous operational workflows adhering to Agentic Reliability Engineering principles.
Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, business-aligned observability solutions in large enterprise environments collaborating across operations, cloud, platform, and support teams.
