Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday Financials enhancements, reports, and integrations.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Workday solutions delivering measurable business impact.
Direct and mentor developers, ensure high-quality deliverables, manage issue resolution, and maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of relevant experience with hands-on Workday Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, Procurement).
Strong technical skills in Workday reporting, calculated fields, and EIB integrations.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience leading issue resolution and working with integrations; shift timings 1PM - 10 PM or 2PM - 11 PM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced Workday Financials developer with leadership capability to mentor junior developers and manage multiple priorities.
Effective communicator skilled at building trust with business stakeholders and delivering solution-focused user experiences.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methods, Workday release management, and cloud-native or automation tools is preferred but not mandatory.
