Business Analyst - Operations

Own end-to-end operations data management including gathering, maintaining, and ensuring data reliability and structure.

Perform data analysis to support business operations leads and translate business needs into clear, documented requirements.

Document operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and enable repeatability, identifying improvements to free ops leads for higher-level analysis.

3+ years as a business or research analyst.

Experience with SQL is required; Power BI experience is desired but not mandatory.

Strong skills in requirements gathering and process documentation, with ability to partner closely with operations leads.

Expert-level Excel skills including Vlookup, pivot tables, and graphs.

Detail-oriented and dependable on data accuracy and tracking data provenance.

Proactively identifies process improvements and thinks about the bigger picture while collaborating with stakeholders.

Capable of managing own projects independently with strong prioritization and interpersonal influence skills.
