Develop, maintain, and optimize Shopify backend functionality, including APIs, checkout extensions, and third-party integrations.
Manage Shopify store migrations from platforms like WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento.
Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver scalable Shopify solutions.
Minimum Requirements
3-4 years of hands-on experience in Shopify backend development.
Strong knowledge of Shopify Liquid, JavaScript, Shopify GraphQL Admin API, REST API, and webhooks.
Experience with Shopify Checkout UI Extensions, third-party app integrations, shipping and payment configurations.
Willingness to work onsite during 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST night shift.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in both Shopify backend functionality and frontend customizations (full-stack development skills preferred).
Comfortable working with Node.js, React.js or similar frameworks and integrating frontend with backend APIs.
Capable of handling multiple Shopify projects in an agency environment with expertise in store migrations and custom app development.
