Design and implement scalable data pipelines, data warehouse, lakehouse architectures using Microsoft Fabric to support company-wide reporting and analytics.
Provide technical direction, mentor junior engineers, and enforce data governance, security, and compliance (e.g. GDPR) across the Fabric platform.
Collaborate with BI developers to deliver optimized semantic models and robust reporting solutions, document technical designs and best practices for sustainability.
Minimum Requirements
Extensive experience in data engineering or related roles.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or comparable Azure data engineering tools (Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Databricks).
Strong proficiency in Power BI (advanced DAX, data modeling, Power BI Service and Premium/Fabric capacity management).
Experience in SQL, Python/PySpark programming, Azure cloud services, version control (Azure DevOps), and CI/CD practices.
