Minimum Requirements
5 to 8 years of experience in automation testing of web-based applications.
Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Specflow, BDD, Protractor, WebDriver IO, and programming languages Java/C#/Python/JavaScript.
Experience with version control tools (e.g., GIT), defect tracking (e.g., Jira), test management tools (e.g., TFS/MTM, ALM), and testing web services (POSTMAN, REST Assured).
Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC, manual testing of web and Windows applications, Agile/Scrum methodology, and SQL for medium complexity queries.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in creating and maintaining automation frameworks with hands-on programming and test suite configuration skills.
Capable of translating complex requirements into detailed test strategies, test plans, and automation scripts, with a strong risk analysis capability.
Familiarity with biochemical/pharma domain (LIMS knowledge is a plus) and working in a global, agile environment focused on quality and process compliance.
