Design, implement, and maintain system-level software and infrastructure for deploying and running diverse AI workloads across multiple inference backends.
Develop and operate infrastructure for managing AI model repositories, automated synchronization, benchmarking, diagnostics, and performance analysis.
Collaborate internally to build automation pipelines for build, integration, deployment, and qualification of AI applications with focus on system reliability and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of software development experience with strong programming skills in C/C++, C#, Java or similar systems programming languages plus scripting (e.g. Python).
Degree: B.Tech or higher in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience with system APIs, multithreaded software, process/resource management, debugging, performance analysis.
Familiarity with databases/SQL, source control (Git, Perforce), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated experience building robust system software or scalable runtime/backend infrastructure, particularly in AI or similarly complex domains.
Proficient in system profiling, debugging, performance optimization, telemetry/observability tooling (e.g. Nsight Systems, Grafana, Kibana).
Hands-on with integrating and debugging inference frameworks such as Llama.cpp, Ollama, PyTorch, and experienced with Linux/Windows system programming, resource management, concurrency for AI workloads.
