Minimum Requirements
6+ years software engineering or DevOps experience, including 2+ years in AI/ML-assisted developer tooling or workflow automation agents.
Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart ecosystems including build systems, DevTools, and native testing frameworks.
Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integrations, prompt engineering, or autonomous workflow agents for code automation.
Experience with CI/CD automation pipelines (GitHub Actions, Google Cloud Build, or GitLab CI) and managing release workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior-level engineer with demonstrated leadership in solution architecture and mentoring across distributed teams.
Deep domain knowledge of Flutter mobile and web platforms with ability to integrate AI tools into large-scale software delivery.
Experience working cross-functionally with program leads and engineering teams to align automation efforts with client delivery milestones.
