Lead and manage IAM projects including deployment, transition, transformation, and migration initiatives across multiple IAM services globally.
Own end-to-end project execution and Agile delivery practices, including facilitation of Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement efforts.
Establish and govern IAM processes, coordinate audits and compliance, manage change and release management, and drive governance and reporting activities for IAM services.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable discipline.
10-15 years of experience in project coordination/management, Agile delivery, Scrum facilitation, or ITIL in complex enterprise or global environments.
Experience managing full lifecycle deployment, integration, transition, transformation, or migration initiatives.
Work Location: Bangalore, India; Shift Timing: 12PM to 9PM
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in large-scale IAM project delivery and Agile methodologies within global, cross-functional teams.
Capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders including senior leadership and delivery teams to achieve strategic IAM outcomes.
Comfortable in managing compliance, audit coordination, and governance processes within Information Security or IAM domains.
