Solution Manager - Custom Web & Mobile Solutions, Bosch Digital India

Owns end-to-end lifecycle management of customized web and mobile solutions aligned to customer needs and strategy.

Manages customer requirements and aligns multiple stakeholders including product owners and solution squads to deliver and optimize the solution technically and commercially.

Defines and drives solution roadmap ensuring integration of various products and services to maximize business value and accelerate delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent and MBA degree required.

Minimum 15 years of experience in IT Service or Consulting Industry, including P&L and people management.

Hands-on experience with Cloud, AI/ML, GenAI, .Net Framework, Low-Code/No-Code platforms, Microservices, APIs, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and SAFe agile methodologies.

Experienced in managing comprehensive software solutions lifecycle in agile delivery environments, coordinating multiple technical teams and stakeholders.

Proven ability to drive business value through solution standardization and alignment with customer strategy at a senior management level.

Strong technical background combined with leadership experience supporting squads to deliver on time and budget in fast-paced, agile settings.
