Senior Software Engineer - Java/Prime Brokerage/AI

Lead moderately complex technical initiatives and deliverables within Java-based technology domains, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.

Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and lead a team to meet client needs in prime brokerage and capital market domains.

Act as escalation point and provide guidance to less experienced staff while contributing to large scale strategic planning and technology transformations.

4+ years of Software Engineering experience (via work, training, military, or education).

7+ years of Java development experience, including Java 8 or later.

Must be willing to work onsite in Bangalore or Hyderabad as per organizational Return to Office policy.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field desired (not explicitly mandatory).

Experienced in Prime Brokerage, capital markets, or investment banking domains with knowledge of equities, bonds, derivatives trading, and front office trading systems.

Proficient in Java Web Application Development with Spring, Hibernate, SQL, RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.

Capable of leading technology transformations and modernization projects with strong technical design and problem-solving skills.
