Manage end-to-end program operations to achieve cost savings targets and operational KPIs in Service Supply Chain Harvesting across India and APJ.
Govern service partner and vendor performance including conducting reviews and resolving escalations to maintain agreed cost, quality, and service levels.
Analyze operational data and prepare KPI reports, dashboards, and management updates to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, service supply chain, business operations, or related field with hands-on partner/vendor operations management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems especially SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
Work Experience Required: Above 5 years in relevant fields; PMP certification preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in coordinating complex supply chain and vendor management processes within Indian and APJ markets.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills with ability to derive actionable insights from performance data and lead corrective actions.
Has experience collaborating cross-functionally across diverse cultures and functions, managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
