Lead Software Engineer

Lead architecture, design, and development of Mastercard’s next-generation experimentation and analytics platform focused on scalable, cloud-native solutions.

Drive technical strategy and modernization including cloud adoption (AWS/Azure), platform transformation, and migration from legacy systems to microservices and APIs.

Lead and coordinate technical execution and mentorship across globally distributed engineering teams ensuring secure, reliable, and high-quality software delivery.

8+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native applications.

Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms, Databricks, Spark/PySpark or similar data-intensive technologies.

Proven experience leading system architecture, technical design, and cross-team technical initiatives in an agile environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
