Minimum Requirements
6 to 12 years of work experience in Security Monitoring and Incident Response.
Experience with SIEM systems configuration, tuning, and threat detection creation.
Knowledge of cloud security principles including AWS, Azure, and Microsoft Defender for Azure.
Experience with endpoint detection (e.g., Crowdstrike Falcon), DLP solutions, IAM principles, SOAR tools (Swimlane Turbine preferred), and adherence to compliance frameworks like HIPAA, SOC2, ISO, or PCI-DSS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end incident response processes and security operations center workflows.
Skilled in integrating and optimizing various security technologies and automating security processes using AI and SOAR tools.
Able to analyze complex security data and communicate insights effectively to diverse stakeholders in a dynamic, multi-priority environment.
