PMO - Lead Consultant (Japanese speaking)

Own PMO governance and operational coordination for complex multi-workstream Guidewire implementation programs in the Japan market.

Lead integrated planning, execution tracking, and financial governance to ensure delivery predictability and timely decision-making.

Facilitate governance forums and develop data-driven PMO practices and reusable playbooks to improve consistency and efficiency across global and Japan delivery teams.

10+ years experience in PMO, project management, or delivery governance for large enterprise software or technology consulting projects.

Business-level Japanese speaking and writing proficiency required; strong English communication skills required.

Experience with Agile, structured, or hybrid delivery methods and proficiency in PMO tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and reporting dashboards.

Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant delivery/program governance roles.

Experienced in managing governance and delivery coordination for multi-vendor, multi-country, or complex implementation and transformation programs.

Comfortable collaborating across Japan-based customers, global teams, system integrators, and technical delivery partners.

Familiar with enterprise software lifecycle including integration, data migration, testing, release management, plus usage of data-driven and AI-enabled delivery improvements.
