Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8+ years of engineering experience.
Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot), React JS, Next JS, RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS).
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Work Location: Chennai or other specified locations; Work shifts overlapping with US Eastern Time zone.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing end-to-end full-stack solutions including frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Java/Spring Boot) with focus on scalability, security, and performance.
Proficient in using and promoting responsible AI-assisted development tools to enhance code quality and automation within engineering teams.
Comfortable working in a complex, cross-functional, distributed team environment collaborating with US-based stakeholders and adopting DevOps and observability best practices.
