Minimum Requirements
8 to 15 years of relevant work experience.
BSc or MSc in Information Sciences, Mathematical, Statistical, Computer Science, or Life Science.
Expertise in clinical data standards development (e.g., raw data standards, clinical coding dictionaries, CDASH, SDTM) or biometrics functions (Data Management, Programming, Statistics).
Strong project management skills and excellent communication skills in English.

Experienced leader comfortable coaching, mentoring, and managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong subject matter expertise in clinical data standards with ability to influence and implement strategic standards initiatives.
Proven ability to represent clinical data standards in complex environments, drive quality, and respond agilely to industry and business needs.
