Mentor junior analysts, collaborate across Product, Policy, Engineering, and Data Science teams, and develop expertise in multiple Trust review lines of business.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years experience in trust and safety, content moderation, ads policy enforcement, fraud, risk investigations, or related field.
Experience independently resolving complex escalations and conducting root cause analysis.
Work location is hybrid in Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated expertise in ads or jobs policy enforcement and advertiser/member account integrity review.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data (SQL knowledge preferred) to support decisions and identify trends.
Experienced in mentoring/coaching and leading cross-team collaborations on process and policy improvements.
