Act as senior advisor to leadership, providing high-level systems consultation and driving long-term, innovative technical solutions.
Manage and monitor major incidents across technology infrastructure, including leading incident bridges, monitoring critical systems, and reducing mean time to resolution (MTTR).
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture, or equivalent.
Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management in complex technical environments.
Willingness and ability to work 24x7 rotational shifts including on-call based on business demands.
Work location based on business needs with willingness to work from office in base location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to lead large scale strategic initiatives and resolve complex technology system and network issues at enterprise scale.
Experience collaborating across technical, business, and leadership teams to influence system improvements and delivery outcomes.
Strong technical expertise in system operations including network, storage, OS, DB, cybersecurity, and application monitoring tools such as Netcool, Big Panda, ServiceNow, and Splunk.
