Manager, PDS Data Domain

Own end-to-end delivery and adoption of data products within a PDS domain, including requirements gathering, testing, and release coordination.

Collaborate with business experts, data stewards, data engineers, and technology teams to improve data quality and enable operational use of data.

Manage workstreams by tracking actions, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones to ensure on-time execution.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, life sciences, data science, information systems, or related field.

5 to 7+ years relevant experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, data, analytics, or digital delivery; regulated-industry experience preferred.

2+ years experience in business analysis, product delivery, data engineering, data platforms, or analytics.

Practical experience with enterprise data lakes and Databricks, including SQL and data ingestion/transformation processes.

Experienced in translating business needs into clear data product requirements and coordinating cross-functional delivery in complex, regulated environments.

Strong operating style focused on delivering governed, reusable data assets aligned with clear business value and adoption metrics.

Demonstrates capability to manage collaboration across business, governance, and technology stakeholders to drive data product success.
