Perform Record To Report (RTR) accounting activities for global entities (US, EAME, APAC) as part of the Centre of Excellence team in Bangalore Shared Services.
Manage financial record keeping, reporting, tax filing, and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Provide financial performance reports and analysis; support special projects and ad hoc reporting requests.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified CA with 0-2 years relevant experience OR Qualified CMA/MBA/CA Inter with 5-7 years relevant experience in RTR Accounting including month end closings and balance sheet reconciliations.
Experience applying accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS/IND AS) especially for Loans, Leases, Financial Instruments and Borrowings.
Experience working with Oracle ERP is highly preferred.
Willingness and flexibility to work EAME (1 PM - 10 PM) or US shifts (3 PM - 12 AM / 6 PM - 3 AM); must work onsite 5 days a week in Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in captive accounting service centers or large corporates with financial services business preferred.
Strong data analytical skills including usage of AI tools like PowerBI, MS-Copilot considered useful.
Ability to perform accounting investigations, root cause analysis, and have tactical to strategic planning capability covering short-term operational to 3-5 year plans.
