Own portfolio budgeting, capacity and headcount planning, and maintain P&L accountability for assigned property accounting operations.
Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, technology adoption (including Generative AI), governance framework enhancement, and stakeholder partnership.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified Accountant (CPA, CA, or equivalent) with 15+ years relevant professional experience.
At least 7 years in senior leadership roles managing end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations independently.
Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification (mandatory).
Location requirement: On-site at Gurugram, India.

Demonstrated experience leading large, diverse property accounting teams and driving operational transformation within Finance & Accounting functions.
Strong strategic, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills with expertise in emerging technologies like Generative AI and automation.
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across regions and lead effective change management in cross-cultural environments.
