About This Role

Participate in feasibility studies, application development, and implementation to meet specific business needs.

Monitor and control all phases of software development lifecycle including analysis, design, construction, testing, deployment, and user support.

Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance or coaching to junior analysts, advising senior stakeholders on technology decisions.

Minimum Requirements

6-10 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with solid application development skills.

Expertise in Java technologies including Core Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, Spring Microservices, RESTful API design.

Experience with messaging platforms like Solace or Kafka, CI/CD pipelines, version control (GitHub Enterprise), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in building scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise-grade Java backend solutions.

Skilled in integrating cloud platforms (AWS ECS, Red Hat OpenShift) and leveraging modern automation and orchestration tools.

Capable of independently managing complex projects, advising senior stakeholders, and enforcing compliance with security and operational standards.
