Business Performance Manager Supply Chain AXP

Own and improve the AXP Process Framework covering Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Enable to standardize workflows and eliminate process gaps across global supply chain functions.

Lead continuous improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives using data analytics, AI, and operational excellence methods to enhance supply chain and manufacturing processes.

Track and analyze business and financial performance KPIs; support integrated business planning, Quarterly Business Reviews, and supply chain strategy discussions with clear data-driven insights.

Education and Experience: Doctorate with 3+ years, Master's with 8+ years, or Bachelor's with 10+ years in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or Operations.

At least 2 years of direct experience managing or leading projects/programs.

Preferred familiarity with supply chain tools like SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Tableau, plus process mapping tools such as iGrafx or Visio.

Work Experience Required: Supply Chain or related domain experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments with regulated (GMP) manufacturing preferred.

Experienced in leading cross-functional process standardization and improvement projects in complex, global supply chain settings.

Strong analytical and financial skills with proven ability to apply analytics, AI, and automation to drive supply chain performance improvements.

Comfortable working across multiple time zones with global teams and capable of managing stakeholder relationships at various levels.
