Technology Consultant, Senior Associate

Contribute to configuration, development, integration, and testing of the Charles River Investment Management Solution across Front, Middle, and Back Office workflows.

Assist in translating business and technical requirements into application configurations and components, ensuring quality and stability of deliverables.

Support system testing, troubleshoot technical issues, participate in go-live readiness and post-deployment implementation support within structured delivery teams.

5-8 years of relevant professional experience in financial technology or enterprise software, ideally in capital markets or investment management.

Hands-on experience with application configuration/development, system integration, data processing, or reporting support in financial services environments.

Working proficiency in C#, Core Java, SQL Server; exposure to ETL tools and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.

Experienced in investment management system implementations within consulting firms, financial institutions, or financial software providers.

Technically proficient with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in structured, multi-disciplinary global delivery teams.

Comfortable operating in environments requiring adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC), documentation standards, and collaborative team settings.
