Minimum Requirements
10+ years of professional Java development experience with strong skills in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, RDBMS, and NoSQL.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (BE/BTech, MS/MTech).
Proven experience in designing and delivering stable, fault-tolerant, high-performance, and compliant systems in high-transaction global distributed environments.
Knowledge of microservices architecture, API implementation, Agile SDLC, CI/CD practices, and cloud technologies; practical knowledge of GCP is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Payment Solutions or travel domain software engineering with exposure to SaaS/PaaS/IaaS and cloud migration strategies.
Strong architectural and hands-on coding skills combined with ability to mentor technical leads and developers globally, ensuring adherence to best engineering practices and standards.
Capable of bridging technical and business teams effectively, with clear communication skills and a strong understanding of business needs in high-complexity environments.
