Accountant

Own monthly and quarterly accounting close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Support 10-Q and 10-K financial reporting, SOX compliance documentation, and audits by coordinating with internal and external auditors.

Drive process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally within Finance, Controllership, and regional accounting teams.

Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, including 3+ years applying US GAAP in similar roles.

Experience with General Ledger accounting, Fixed Assets accounting, PO accrual accounting, and SOX control documentation/execution.

Strong skills in accounting close activities, financial statement variance analysis, and audit support.

Location: Hyderabad, India (onsite requirement implied).

Proven track record in PO review workflows, accrual analysis, and fixed assets reconciliations within large organizations.

Experienced working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with exposure to ERP and financial tools like Workday Financials, Blackline, Tableau, etc.

Demonstrates strong ownership of end-to-end controllership processes and ability to independently manage deadlines and changes.
