Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science), IT or related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum 4+ years experience in manufacturing environment focused on operational technology, process improvement, or digital transformation.
Proven track record leading and implementing digital projects with cross-functional/multi-team collaboration.
Job location: Goa Plant.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience with Industrial IoT, sensors, MES, SCADA, and cloud platforms in manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of operational technology cybersecurity and data analytics/business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Capable of bridging manufacturing operations with corporate digital teams, driving innovation through deep process knowledge.
