Infrastructure and Enterprise Engineer III

Design and implement workflow automation and AI-enabled operational capabilities to improve incident detection, response, communication, and recovery.

Develop and maintain services, tools, and automations primarily using Python and automation platforms to reduce manual effort and accelerate MTTR.

Collaborate with SRE, platform, infrastructure, and service teams to enhance operational observability, reliability standards, and drive scalable engineering foundations.

8+ years of experience in reliability engineering and automation.

Strong Python development skills including building automation frameworks, services, APIs, and production-grade tooling.

Experience with workflow automation including event-driven and API integrations, observability practices, and DevOps including CI/CD and infrastructure automation.

Experience in high-availability or mission-critical environments with strong debugging and incident management skills.

Experienced engineer with deep reliability and automation expertise, comfortable owning complex operational workflows and automation at scale.

Skilled in leveraging AI/ML to enable next-generation operational intelligence and autonomous resilience.

Able to influence technical direction cross-functionally and contribute to raising technical and operational standards including mentoring engineers.
