Lead design consultation and strategic oversight for the Reskilling and Upskilling Squad's portfolio of learning initiatives ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Oversee end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent learning programs, managing dependencies, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
Serve as primary stakeholder liaison, facilitating program reviews, risk mitigation, governance, and reporting to maintain program health and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
7-10 years of program/project management experience in learning & development, content operations, or digital transformation.
Proven experience in learning design consultation with business stakeholders.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning program development lifecycles.
Proficiency in project management tools; Excellent English communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing cross-functional, multi-geography learning projects involving complex stakeholder management.
Skilled in translating business learning needs into effective program strategies with a data-driven and consultative approach.
Background or strong familiarity with instructional design or learning strategy preferred; PMP certification and pharmaceutical industry experience are advantages.
