Perform Record to Report (RTR) accounting activities for global entities (US, UK, APAC) as part of the Centre of Excellence team.
Maintain financial records per GAAP and organizational standards, create financial performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and utilize automated tools for consolidating, analyzing, and reporting financial results.
Minimum Requirements
3-4 years accounting degree or equivalent required.
Professional certification preferred from CA/CMA institute or US CPA/CMA.
4-5 years relevant experience in captive accounting service centres or large corporates within manufacturing & service industries.
Must be willing to work multiple shift timings (APAC, EAME, US); onsite presence required in Bangalore Whitefield office, India; visa sponsorship not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling accounting processes for multinational entities, familiar with multiple ERP systems and accounting tools.
Skilled in accuracy, financial analysis, financial reporting, and problem-solving within complex, high-volume settings.
Capable of managing multiple priorities and shifting requirements across global time zones effectively.
