Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6 years total relevant experience, with at least 24 months as Technical Coordinator or 12 months as Team Lead.
Strong understanding of risk, audit, and compliance in banking and loan operations.
Preferred knowledge of Loan and Banking products and familiarity with applications like ACBS, FIS - Metavante, EDM, DSM, and Remote Payment Initiation & Inquiry.
Flexibility for shifts and extended working hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience leading teams in complex banking and loan operations environments with a focus on accountability and operational risk management.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder communications including escalation and collaboration across business lines and middle office.
Proven skills in process optimization, troubleshooting, and driving audit and compliance remediation initiatives.
