Develop and implement automation and AI-enabled workflows to enhance operational excellence and reduce maintenance overhead.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of hands-on experience in IT engineering, platform administration, or enterprise systems engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Expertise administering Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), Slack Enterprise Grid, Microsoft 365/Teams.
Experience with automation and scripting tools like Python, PowerShell, Google Apps Script, REST APIs, and command-line admin tools (e.g., GAM).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced managing and troubleshooting complex collaboration platforms in a global, multi-timezone enterprise environment with 24x5 operational support.
Proven ability to create automated workflows and operationalize AI tools within enterprise SaaS collaboration stacks.
Strong communication skills to convey technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
