Analyze system flows and assess business requirements using available tools and case design.
Produce key documentation including feasibility studies, solution overview documents, interface control documents, product specifications, and conduct stakeholder walkthroughs.
Ensure functional compatibility by interfacing with various divisions and support functional specification, testing, and initial implementation phases.
Minimum Requirements
6-9 years of experience as a product definition analyst or business analyst.
Proficient in creating sequence diagrams, UML, API specifications, ICDs, and user guides.
Preferably experienced with Agile methodology.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in moderate guidance work environments with ability to support and influence area decisions.
Familiar with technical/functional knowledge relevant to product or business analysis disciplines.
Prior experience in Travel domain as a Business Analyst is a plus but not mandatory.
