Academic Success Manager India

Establish and manage strategic relationships with academic institutions across universities, colleges, high schools, and vocational schools to embed AVEVA’s software into their curricula.

Drive adoption and partner growth metrics including number of participating institutions and strategic use of core products, especially cloud solutions, in academia.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, commercial, and marketing teams to execute educational onboarding, partnership programs, and resolve academia-related inquiries.

7-9 years of experience in the industrial software domain, specifically with engineering solutions in the industrial marketplace.

Experience working directly with academic institutions or academia-focused programs to integrate software solutions.

Ability to work in AVEVA India offices with a hybrid work arrangement (around 50% onsite).

Work Experience Required: 7-9 years in industrial software and academia partnership related roles.

Experienced in managing complex partnerships with academic stakeholders and driving software solution adoption within educational curricula.

Capable of leading cross-functional collaboration involving product, engineering, commercial, legal, and marketing teams to implement academic programs.

Commercial acumen to define and quantify strategic delivery plans for academic success and business growth within the industrial software sector.
